We work closely with venue staff and on-site security to maintain a secure environment for all attendees, exhibitors, guests, press, and staff. Expect standard safety procedures including badge/ticket verification, bag checks, on-site security, and crowd management.

• Allow extra time for entry procedures
• Keep personal belongings with you at all times
• Follow posted event policies and staff instructions
• Report anything suspicious to event staff or security immediately

RI Anime Con is committed to an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Harassment, intimidation, stalking, threats, offensive verbal comments, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome attention, non-consensual photography, and sexually explicit behavior will not be tolerated. Hate symbols or conduct targeting race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, religion, or citizenship are prohibited.

Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct may be removed without refund. Report violations to event staff or security immediately.

The following are not permitted at RI Anime Con 2026:

• Firearms, ammunition, knives, or weapons of any kind
• Fireworks or flammable items
• Wood or metal replica weapons (event prop rules apply)
• Oversized strollers, folding chairs, selfie sticks, balloons
• Smoking or vaping inside the venue
• Disrupting operations, running, blocking aisles or exits
• Alcohol outside designated areas
• Theft, fighting, threats, or inciting violence of any kind
